Description

Virginia National Guard; failure to report. Amends the section of the Code of Virginia addressing a member of the Virginia National Guard's failure to report for duty. Failure to report would be a Class 4 misdemeanor; the bill allows any officer of the missing soldier or airman's unit to swear out a warrant. Read the Bill »
