Description
Alcoholic beverage control; ownership interests of manufacturers. Allows manufacturers of alcoholic beverages to sell their product in retail establishments that they own or in which they have an ownership interest. Current law prohibits manufacturers from selling their alcoholic beverage product in the retail establishments that they own or in which they have ownership interests.
