Description
Group health insurance; coverage for children. Allows coverage under a group accident and sickness insurance policy to be extended to an insured group member's child who is under the age of 27. Currently, such coverage may be extended to a child who is under the age of 19, or the age of 25 if the child is a dependent or full-time student. Coverage may also be extended beyond this age limit if agreed by the insurer and policyholder. Read the Bill »
