A BILL to repeal §§ 46.2-742.1:1, 46.2-749.16:1, 46.2-749.61, 46.2-749.108, and 46.2-749.112 of the Code of Virginia and to repeal §§ 2, 4, and 5 of Chapter 776 of the Acts of Assembly of 2010, relating to special license plates whose authorizations have expired.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That §§ 46.2-742.1:1, 46.2-749.16:1, 46.2-749.61, 46.2-749.108, and 46.2-749.112 of the Code of Virginia and §§ 2, 4, and 5 of Chapter 776 of the Acts of Assembly of 2010 are repealed.
