John Wilkins writes:

I saw an idiot (who obviously was texting while driving) slowing down and speeding up and crossing the traffic lanes. I pulled up alongside of her and she looked over and caught my glare. Do you think that deterred this fool? Please pass something to get these fools heavily reprimanded before they take another innocent soul down with them!
