Description
Appeal of zoning administrator decisions. Provides that the zoning administrator shall give notice to the governing body of the issuance of any written order, requirement, decision, or determination regarding the permissibility of a specific use or density of use of a landowners property at the next public meeting of the governing body following such issuance. The notice to the governing body shall be deemed as public notice to the interested parties for purposes of calculating time limits for appealing or challenging the written order, requirement, decision, or determination.
