Description
Sealing of order; court-ordered disclosure of electronic communication service records. Provides that when a court orders the disclosure of records of a provider of electronic communication services or remote computing services, it may temporarily seal the order for good cause shown. The bill also provides that the order shall issue upon application by the attorney for the Commonwealth in an ex parte proceeding, an intervening step not in the current law. Read the Bill »
