Description
Requiring payment of support by probationer. Provides that a defendant placed on probation following conviction shall be required, as a condition of probation, to provide for the support of his spouse or others for whose support he may be legally responsible. Under current law, a court has permissive authority to require the payment of spousal and child support as a condition of probation. Read the Bill »
