Transfer of juveniles to circuit court for criminal trial.  Redefines violent juvenile felonies for purposes of the juvenile transfer statute (providing for transfer of juveniles charged with certain felonies from juvenile and domestic relations district court to circuit court for trial as an adult) to include attempts and conspiracies to commit those offenses.
