Description
Underground transmission lines; pilot program. Extends the scheduled expiration of the pilot program established in 2008 for the underground placement of certain electric transmission lines from July 1, 2012, to July 1, 2014. The due date for the State Corporation Commission's final report on the pilot program is postponed until December 1, 2014. Read the Bill »
