Description

Veterans Services Foundation.  Requires the Veterans Services Foundation to provide an annual report to the Secretary of Public Safety on or before November 30. The bill also (i) provides that the Commissioner of the Department of Veterans Services is ineligible to serve as the Foundation's chair, (ii) provides that the Foundation shall meet four times per year, and (iii) clarifies that a majority of voting members constitutes a quorum.
