Description

Charter; City of Williamsburg. Amends the charter for the City of Williamsburg so that vacancies in the city council are filled pursuant to Virginia Code. Vacancies may first be appointed by the remaining council members if a vacancy in the council occurs and then by the voters in a special election. Read the Bill »
