Description

Fees collected by circuit court clerks.  Clarifies that the filing of a counterclaim or any other responsive pleading in annulment, divorce and separate maintenance proceedings is not subject to the $60 fee charged by circuit court clerks. This bill is a recommendation of the Boyd-Graves Conference. Read the Bill »
