Description

Virginia Coal Employment and Production Incentive Tax Credit.  Extends from July 1, 2011, to July 1, 2016, the sunset date for the redemption or refund provision of the tax credit, which would allow a person with an economic interest in coal to redeem with the Tax Commissioner that portion of the tax credit that exceeds the person's tax liability.
