Description
Department of Rehabilitative Services; programs and duties. Eliminates the authority of the Department of Rehabilitative Services to make grants or enter into contracts to provide personal care assistance to persons with significant disabilities, eliminates the Statewide Independent Living Fund, and repeals language directing the Department of Rehabilitative Services to promote cooperation in efforts to eliminate environmental barriers affecting persons with disabilities.
