Description

Size and weight compliance agents; citations for overweight vehicles.  Allows the Commissioner of the Department of Motor Vehicles to appoint staff as "size and weight compliance agents" to enforce certain vehicle size limits. The bill outlines procedures for issuance of citations and enforcement of certain vehicle size limits by size and weight compliance agents.
