Description

Hunter safety education.  Requires persons 18 years of age or younger to pass a hunter safety education course before they can obtain a hunting license. Currently, the hunter safety education requirement applies to persons under the age of 16. Amends § 29.1-300.1, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
