A BILL to amend the Code of Virginia by adding in Chapter 3.1 of Title 13.1 a section numbered 13.1-400.10, relating to automobile clubs.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding in Chapter 3.1 of Title 13.1 a section numbered 13.1-400.10 as follows:

§ 13.1-400.10. Exemption.

The requirements of this chapter shall not apply to a legal entity as a result of the entity's contracting with an automobile club licensed under this chapter, which contract provides for the automobile club to provide emergency road service and towing service to the entity's customers.
