Description
Collection of fines, costs, and fees, etc. Requires the cost of collecting fines, costs, and fees be added to the total amounts due instead of paid from amounts collected. The bill also allows the Department of Taxations fee to localities for collecting fines, costs, and fees to be added to the total amounts due. Read the Bill »
