Description

Human trafficking; Statewide Facilitator.  Requires the Attorney General to establish a Statewide Facilitator for Victims of Human Trafficking within the Office of the Attorney General. The Statewide Facilitator will have the responsibility of assisting agencies in implementing programs assisting victims of human trafficking and reporting on the status of such programs to the House Committee for Courts of Justice and the Senate Committee for Courts of Justice and the Virginia State Crime Commission by January 1 of each year.
