Description
Town of Leesburg; charges to residents for water and sewer services. Provides that the percentage differential between the rates, fees, and charges imposed by the Town of Leesburg for water and sewer services to customers located outside of its municipal limits and the rates, fees, and charges imposed by the Town of Leesburg for water and sewer services to customers within its municipal limits shall not be increased from the percentage differential existing as of January 1, 2011.
