RESOLVED by the Senate, the House of Delegates concurring, That the General Assembly confirm the following appointment made by the Senate Committee on Rules:

An appointment to the Board of the Virginia Office for Protection and Advocacy pursuant to § 51.5-39.2 of the Code of Virginia:

Angela M. W. Thanyachareon, 8224 Laurel Heights Loop, Lorton, Virginia 22079-5650, Member, for a term of four years beginning July 1, 2010, and ending June 30, 2014, to succeed Patricia A. F. Meyer.
