Description

Discharge or transfer of nursing home patients; notice to the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman.  Provides that in cases in which a nursing home patient is involuntarily transferred or discharged from a nursing home, a copy of the written notice of such transfer or discharge shall be sent to the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman at the same time such notice is sent to the patient.
