Description
Records of the Department of Motor Vehicles; privileged records of law-enforcement officers. Provides that any records maintained by the Department of Motor Vehicles that contain the personal address and telephone number of a federal or state law-enforcement officer shall be considered privileged. I see no reason why police can't have this information made public if they break any form of law. If they enter the public courts, their record should be just as protected as the persons they arrest.
