Description
Child custody; guardian ad litem. Provides that a court shall not appoint counsel or a guardian ad litem for a child who is the subject of a custody case unless there is a conflict of interests between the child and any parent or other person claiming a right to custody or that good cause exists to make such an appointment. Guardian ad litem should not be bias and in my opinion is not needed.
She had stated to my lawyer she hates me. How can she make a decission
if she hates the other party? They are usually on the mother's side and
won't listen to any eveidence
