Description

Health insurance; time limit on submitting claims.  Establishes a minimum period of one year for the filing of a claim with a health insurance carrier. If it is not reasonably possible to submit a claim within this period, the carrier shall not reduce or deny the claim due to the provider's failure to submit the claim within such period if the claim is filed as soon as reasonably possible.
