Description
Adultery and fornication by persons forbidden to marry; penalty. Provides that it will be a Class 3 felony for parents or grandparents to commit adultery or fornication with their child or grandchild who is younger than 18 at the time of the offense. Read the Bill »

This law says it's ok to hump a family member if there over 18. Is this Richard Stuart a hill billy.
Are we really so backward that this is even an issue? Incest is already prohibited.
Looking at the text of the bill, it looks like the law currently has a floor of the age of 13 on this law, and the bill would eliminate that floor. Presumably there's another law that provides different penalties for victims under the age of 13 but, for some reason, this law is being expanded. This is a great example of why legislators should publicly explain the intent behind their legislation.
