Description

Definitions of all-terrain and utility vehicles.  Expands the definition of all-terrain vehicles to include six-wheeled vehicles and vehicles that can carry passengers and narrows the definition of all-terrain vehicles to exclude riding lawn mowers. The bill also expands the definition of utility vehicles to include those with more than 25 horsepower. The bill also makes numerous technical corrections. Read the Bill »
