Washington-Lincoln Day in the Commonwealth.  Establishes the third Monday in February as Washington-Lincoln Day. Currently the legal holiday is designated George Washington Day. This bill is a recommendation of the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Commission. Read the Bill »
