Description

Smoking; prohibition on the grounds of public elementary, intermediate, and secondary schools.  Expands the prohibition on smoking in the interior of public elementary, intermediate, and secondary schools to include the grounds of such schools. The bill also prohibits smoking in the interior of any public school administration building and the interior of any building where a school-sponsored event is being held off-site. Read the Bill »
