Description

Previous garnishments; costs.  Allows costs incurred by a judgment creditor in connection with a prior garnishment to be collected in a subsequent garnishment attempt that is based on the same judgment. The provisions of this bill apply to garnishment summonses issued on or after January 1, 2007. Read the Bill »
