Comments

VACOLAO, tracking this bill in Photosynthesis, notes:

VACOLAO opposes this bill which seeks to direct the Superintendent of State Police to enter into a 287g agreement with ICE to enforce civil and criminal immigration laws. The federal law requires that any such statewide agreement be signed by the Governor. The Governor has already asked the Secretary of Homeland Security to enter into such an agreement.
