Precious metal dealers; retention of purchases.  Increases from 10 to 30 calendar days the period that precious metal dealers must retain purchases of all precious metals or gems purchased by the dealer before they may be sold. Amends § 54.1-4104, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
