Description
Approval of electrical utility facilities. Requires the State Corporation Commission, when considering requests for approval to construct electrical utility facilities, to consider the public health impacts of the electrical utility facility that have been identified in the applicant's most recent integrated resource plan. The measure also requires an electric utility's integrated resource plan to take into consideration public health impacts. Read the Bill »
