Description
Behavior analysts; licensure by Board of Medicine. Gives the Board of Medicine authority to license behavior analysts and assistant behavior analysts. The bill also (i) creates the Advisory Board on Behavior Analysis to assist the Board of Medicine on all matters relating to the practice of applied behavior analysis, (ii) requires the Board to promulgate emergency regulations within 280 days of enactment, (iii) contains an emergency clause, and (iv) requires the Board to issue provisional licenses to board certified behavior analysts and board certified assistant behavior analysts valid until June 20, 2014.
