Description

Charter Amendment; Town of Boyce. Election years for members of the Common Council moved from even-numbered years to odd-numbered years. Sets election dates according to town ordinances. Terms of councilmen start the first day of the second month following his or her election. Charter Amendment provides elections for a mayor and two councilmen in 2013 and a Recorder and two councilmen in 2015. Read the Bill »
