Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1. That the Rockbridge County Disposal Area that was permitted prior to October 9, 1993, and is subject to the prioritization closure schedule established pursuant to § 10.1-1413.2 of the Code of Virginia is authorized to continue to operate until January 1, 2015, or until the fill area reaches maximum capacity, whichever occurs sooner.
