Description

Use of handheld personal communications devices; exceptions; penalty.  Prohibits the use of handheld personal communications devices while operating a motor vehicle, bicycle, electric personal assistive mobility device, electric power-assisted bicycle, or moped on the highways in the Commonwealth.
