Description

Discharge from state hospital or training center; return to place of residence.  Provides that every individual discharged from a state hospital or training center shall be informed of his right to be returned to the county or city in which he resided prior to admission or to another county or city of his choosing, and that the community services board or behavioral health authority responsible for formulating his discharge plan shall, upon request, arrange for transportation of the individual to the county or city in which he chooses to reside.
