Description

Voter registration; Department of Motor Vehicles; changes of address.  Provides that a copy of the change of address form used to change the address on a driver's license or special identification card made at a DMV office or by electronic or other means shall be forwarded promptly by the Department of Motor Vehicles to the State Board of Elections. The State Board will forward the change form to the appropriate general registrar for verification in accordance with State Board instructions. Read the Bill »
