Description

Virginia College Savings Plan Oversight Act.  Directs the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission (JLARC) to oversee and evaluate the Virginia College Savings Plan on a continuing basis. Both JLARC and the Virginia College Savings Plan are required to make certain reports to the General Assembly. Amends § 30-330, § 30-335, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
