Description

Expungement ineligibility.  Clarifies that a criminal case that is dismissed following the satisfaction of terms and conditions of a deferred judgment is not eligible for expungement. Currently, a case that is "otherwise dismissed" or wherein a nolle prosequi is taken or the defendant is acquitted is eligible for expungement. Read the Bill »
