Joint Subcommittee to Evaluate Tax Preferences.  Establishes the Joint Subcommittee to Evaluate Tax Preferences. The Joint Subcommittee is charged with overseeing the evaluation of Virginia's tax preferences. The Joint Subcommittee would consist of two members of the House Committee on Appropriations, four members of the House Committee on Finance, and four members of the Senate Committee on Finance, appointed by the respective Chairmen of the three committees.
