Description

Major business facility job tax credits and enterprise zone job creation grants.  Allows a business creating permanent, full-time positions to be eligible for both the major business facility job tax credit and enterprise zone job creation grants. However, the bill prohibits both the tax credit and the grant being allowed for the same job created. Amends § 58.1-439, § 59.1-547, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
