Insurance agents; limited burial insurance authority.  Eliminates the provision in the definition of a limited burial insurance authority that imposes a $10,000 limit on burial insurance society memberships and burial association group life certificates. The measure also imposes a requirement that a limited burial insurance authority be limited to burial insurance society memberships, group insurance certificates, and association group life insurance certificates that are used to fund preneed funeral contracts.
