Description

Sex offender registry; juvenile registration.  Requires registration on the sex offender registry for juveniles who were over the age of 13 at the time of the offense who were adjudicated delinquent on or after July 1, 2005, of rape, forcible sodomy, or object sexual penetration. Information on juveniles adjudicated delinquent does not have to be made available on the public website. Read the Bill »
