Description
License tax; uniform ordinances. Declares that in order to meet the existing requirement that a local ordinance levying a license tax must include provisions "substantially similar" to those set forth in the uniform ordinance provisions of subsection A of 58.1-3703.1, the ordinance may incorporate or adopt the provisions by reference.
