Description

Hospital discharge of certain minors; information on services available.  Requires hospitals to provide information on available alcohol and substance abuse services to minors who present with alcohol poisoning or a drug overdose. The bill also requires hospitals in such cases to seek consent to have the local community services board or behavioral health authority follow up with the patient. Read the Bill »
