Description
Dulles Greenway; tolls. Requires the SCC, if it grants a toll increase for use of the Greenway, to vary the amount of the toll in accordance with vehicle miles traveled. The bill also requires the SCC to hold a public hearing in Loudoun County prior to granting a toll increase. Read the Bill »
