Description

Virginia Commission on the Centennial of Woodrow Wilson's Presidency.  Amends the second and third enactment clauses to permit the Commission to receive public funds and to extend the Commission contingent upon the receipt of public or private funding by July 1, 2013. In the event the Commission is not funded by a separate appropriation in the 2012-2014 budget bill or by private funds, this bill authorizes the Joint Rules Committee to approve funding from the operational budgets of the Clerk of the Senate and the Clerk of the House of Delegates. If the Commission does not receive either a separate appropriation in the 2013 budget bill or private funding, it will expire on July 1, 2013.
